The surface of the door leaf is made of weather-resistant HDF board with an aluminium layer for durability. The door structure consists of finger-jointed pine and plywood. The total thickness of the door with standard construction is 62 mm, Thermo-models 86 mm. Polystyrene EPS is used for insulation.

All our exterior doors have double seals - both in the door swing and in the door leaf. Ling (53 mm) is made of stained pine wood. 25 mm tinted birch wood threshold deck with aluminium profile meets accessibility requirements when its lower edge is installed at floor level.
