Fire-resistant doors and partitions with fire-resistance class EI60 for use in offices, administrative and special premises, houses and apartments, both indoors and outdoors.
Finished with powder coating, any shade can be selected from the RAL catalogue.

Our fire-resistant doors have passed the required tests, comply with the European quality standard EN 16034:2014 and have the corresponding certificates.

A fire-resistant door is an integrated system consisting of fire-resistant materials: fire-resistant leaf and section, filling with fire-resistant materials, foam sealant, fire extinguishing agents, door control, smoke detectors.

In addition, you can order a rubber gasket installed in a special groove, which ensures optimal adhesion of the door and makes the room almost completely protected from noise, odours, dust and drafts.

Option to add an automatically lowering threshold seal.

The door is finished in powder paint (gloss, matt or textured). You can choose any shade from the RAL catalogue. The polymer coating on the metal door improves its resistance to corrosion and impact. Powder coating is resistant to environmental influences, mechanical damage (scratches and chips), UV radiation.
Lampre prepainted steel - high corrosion resistance, high aesthetic value of the coating, durability.

The bi-fold door also includes a flush bolt - a pulley that fixes the passive window in the closed position. The passive wing is closed at all times, supported by the pins, only the active wing opens. If necessary, the hinges are disengaged and both doors can be used.

Door top panel - upper fixed panel above the door. The panel has been manufactured using fire-resistant materials, but as it has not been tested on fire doors it does not have a fire certificate.

Hinged stainless steel - the hinges included in the door set are galvanised and painted to match the door colour. Stainless steel hinges are also available.

Stainless steel door sill - the threshold kit is galvanised and painted to match the door colour. Stainless steel thresholds are also available.

Automatically lowering curtain deck - main functions are sound and thermal insulation, protection against smoke and fire. It is also an effective protection against the penetration of dust and moisture and against draughts. Optimal solution for establishments where there is a need to ensure unhindered movement of disabled persons, baby buggies and other vehicles (e.g. hospitals, medical and other institutions, industrial premises, airports, etc.).

Wrap around frame (wrap around door frame) - a door swing that hugs the wall from both sides. Usually, the threshold is made with a matching rail. In the case of a surrounding hinge, the rails are on both sides - the door is folded together with the rails and the hinge is placed on top of it on both sides of the wall. Painted to match the colour of the door. Suitable for walls up to 200mm thick.

Locking basket ASSA 565 (included) - ASSA SYM with locking key and link oblique key. Locking by key or knob. Turning the key or the knob 90° will engage both the lock and the link. Pressing on the latch moves only the latch lever.

Locking body ASSA 560 - ASSA SYM self-locking padlock with latch and link handle. Turning the key or the knob 90° engages both levers. The lock lever locks automatically when the door is closed. Nipple to slide the lock handle into the frame.

Resistance class RC3 - burglar-proof doors, 2 locks. The doors can withstand attempts to break in with heavy objects such as iron bars for up to five minutes.

Stainless steel door protection plate - act as armouring, absorbing shocks to protect the door from damage. Mounted at the height of the feet (200-300mm).
