Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
If you choose the delivery method "Transport by courier", a delivery charge will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart.
Each product has a range of sizes available, from which the customer can choose the one that suits him. Be sure to choose the opening side (left or right). The available colours are also indicated separately in the selection for each product.
In addition, you can also buy railings, door rail extensions and other accessories.
Once all the options have been selected, you can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you - prepayment invoice or bank link.
Then select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Bank links in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank.
Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB: When paying by bank transfer, be sure to click on the "Back to merchant" button on the bank page.
The payments are brokered by Montonio Finance. Payments are made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment - in the case of payments by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payments by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract will enter into force as from the date of receipt of the amount due in the current account of the Online Shop.
The owner of the online shop is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance.
If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days of the notification or the customer can exchange the goods originally purchased for another product up to the amount paid.
Delivery to
Goods are shipped to Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania.
To pick up the goods, the buyer has the following options: courier within Tallinn, Omniva and Itella courier service, the option to pick up the goods themselves.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
After the sales contract has entered into force, the online shop andoora.ee will bundle the order and hand it over to the company's logistics partners for delivery, if the customer has ordered the transport service via andoora.ee.
The delivery deadlines indicated on the e-shop website are valid from the moment the order amount is credited to the bank account of NIKOMONT OÜ. Different products have different delivery times. Delivery times vary between 10-40 working days. Due to these variations, the maximum delivery time for ordered products in the e-shop is 40 working days.
For the delivery of the goods, correct and valid information must be provided when placing the order.
The online shop andoora.ee is not liable for the delay in delivery of goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online shop andoora.ee could not influence or foresee.
NOTE: If the programme offers "FREE TRANSPORT", the goods will be delivered free of charge, returning the goods or requesting a re-transport is. Fee required!
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 21 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Return to
After receipt of the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop without giving any reason within 14 days. The standard withdrawal form is available on the andoora.ee website.
As a rule, partial returns are not allowed.
The right of return does not apply to products that are not in andoora.ee's product range, that have been ordered in advance or that have been made to special order (including products cut to measure at the customer's request) and to goods that have been used (pursuant to § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act).
In the event of deterioration of the item to be returned, the Consumer shall be liable for the depreciation of the item due to the use of the item only if he has used the item in a way other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and use them only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a Goods Withdrawal Form, the form of which can be found on the website of the online shop andoora.ee and send it to the e-mail address info@andoora.ee.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has returned or handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.
The online shop andoora.ee will refund the cost of the goods upon receipt of the application to the consumer no later than 14 days.
Complaints procedure
The online shop andoora.ee is liable for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the Consumer with the terms of the contract or for defects that occur within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.
In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the online shop andoora.ee within two months at the latest, submitting the invoice on the basis of which the goods were paid for.
In case of a defect in the goods, please stop using the goods.
The repair or replacement of defective goods is agreed between Andoora and the Consumer. The cost of repair shall be covered by the company offering warranty repair for the product or, in the absence of such a company, by the online shop andoora.ee.
The online shop andoora.ee is not liable for any defects in the product caused by the Consumer as a result of improper storage or improper use of the product.
In the event of non-conformity or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@andoora.ee, stating the name of the person placing the order, the contact telephone number, the order number and a precise description of the non-conformity or defect. If possible, please attach photos of the defects.
Complaints concerning non-compliance or defects must be lodged within two months of the date of discovery of the non-compliance or defect.
All complaints will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the complaint.
The consumer has the right to demand that andoora.ee reduce the purchase price or terminate the contract and claim a refund for the goods if andoora.ee is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, andoora.ee has not remedied the defect within a reasonable time, or the consumer has been caused unreasonable inconvenience.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@andoora.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
The use of this model does not guarantee success in consumer disputes.
